Designed for use with a 150mm random orbital sander, the Q150 allows you to machine sand curves that previously had to be done by hand. This not only results in a significantly better finish, but also saves valuable time, up to five times faster than manual sanding.

For best results, combine the Q150 with a 150mm random orbital sander with a narrow dust shroud (<100mm) and a 5/16″ fitting.

Key features:

Flexible pad designed to adapt smoothly to concave curves with a radius of 35 mm or larger.
Suitable for 150mm multi-hole hook-and-loop sanding discs.
Ideal for sanding primers and topcoats.
Patented design, made in Germany.

For sanding larger concave curves, use a 5mm or 10mm Q interface pad. This is specially sized (Ø144mm) to stay within the Ø150mm sanding disc during the sanding process.

De Esdoorn has opted for the Q-Sander, because this machine makes sanding inside curves simple and easy. So far it is the only handy machine that does this efficiently.

The sanding tables in our sanding department are now equipped with both a flat sander and a Q Sander, giving you multiple options at one workplace. It is no longer necessary to switch to a different workplace, which saves time.

This Q-Sander is also immediately suitable for carrying smaller, straight surfaces, so that you are often done with even one machine with your part. Damaging the precious orbital sander soles is no longer a problem and hand sanding is almost no longer necessary.

Everyone can work safely with this.
